Update:

The issue with our Support Telephone Number has been fixed. You should now be able to get in touch with the support team using our previous numbers which are as follows:

Temporary suspension of new .PLACE registrations from 18th May, 2018

Donuts Registry has informed us that effective May 18th, 2018, new .PLACE registrations will be temporarily halted until further notice.

The Registry is doing so to implement eligibility requirements for all new registrations for .PLACE TLD after this date. Unfortunately, there is no definite timeline that the Registry has shared with us.

Important points to note :

1. Check Availability: The check availability response will be 'Unknown' via our Supersite and through API. This will remain in place until the TLD is switched back on by the Registry at a future date, which is yet to be determined.

2. Renewal/ Transfer: The renewal and transfer of existing domains should continue to work as usual.
