UDP Attack on one of our hosting subnets

We are facing UDP attack on one of the IP addresses "5.100.152.26", due to which the below mentioned subnet is under mitigation.

Subnet : 5.100.152.0/24
Affected IP address : 5.100.152.26
Affected Services : All services hosted on the server "bh-uk-3.webhostbox.net" (5.100.152.26)

Our Network team is coordinating with our provider to resolve the issue at the earliest.

We will keep this thread updated with the latest developments. If you face issues while accessing websites or mails hosted on this subnet, please get in touch with our Support help desk with the 'traceroute' result and your ISP details so that we can check it further.

Connection issues with Afilias Registry for new gTLDs

Network issue on our dedicated servers

We are facing issues with Dedicated servers being unreachable over the network. Our dedicated server team has confirmed it to be a network issue and our network team is already working to fix this.
