I have received my customer's payment in my Paypal account but the payment is not credited to the client’s account.

If you have set-up a Paypal standard checkout account, every successful payment collected will have a corresponding receipt in the customer’s control panel. If the receipt is not added, it may be because of one of the following reasons:

  1. If you have checked the “Manually verify all transactions with unverified account holders” option while setting up the gateway and your customer’s Paypal account status is unverified.
  2. The language encoding settings at Paypal is not set to UTF-8
  3. You have not activated Paypal IPN for the URL https://www.foundationapi.com for transaction calls.
