Can I transfer my Balance from one reseller account to another?

Your current available balance can only be moved from one account to another if it meets both the below conditions:

  1. Both the accounts are managed by the same parent (ResellerClub).
  2. You wish to close or discontinue the account from which balance is being transferred out

To request for a balance transfer, you must raise a support ticket to the Billing department along with the following details:

  1. Both Reseller account usernames or numeric ID’s
  2. Support PIN of the respective Reseller ID.
